Where we get personal information from

How long we keep information

  • We keep your data for 2 years following your last interaction with our company. You can request that your data is deleted earlier by contacting us using the contact details set out above.

  • To meet the terms of our insurance, we are required to retain relevant health information for 6 years after your treatment. This will include the information you give us on your intake form, and our practitioners' notes from your sessions.You will be informed before submitting any data to us which falls under the 6-year retention rule.

Who we share information with

Data processors

Wix, web hosting

This data processor does the following activities for us: Wix host our website, which includes our data collection forms and contact forms, and process payments for us.

 

Google

This data processor does the following activities for us: Google process our emails, including customer communications. Customer personal and health information - provided on intake -  is stored securely in google drive. It is protected by an extra layer of password protection and is only accessible by staff at Ground who need to access it to deliver our service safely and to meet our insurance requirements. Staff do not have access to it for any other reason.

Sharing information outside the UK

Where necessary, our data processors may share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
